Mizuki Nakahara is a trumpet player who plays J-POP music in the most emotional way, as if she were singing. At first, she was just a music store employee who uploaded videos of her playing for product reviews, but since the release of her first album, her popularity in Japan has been unstoppable, among men and women of all ages!
Mizuki plays a special version of Classica, made out of bronze instead of nickel.
She also plays her personal Mizuki Nakahara mouthpiece model.
Born in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture. Started playing the trumpet in junior high school, and majored in trumpet at the Faculty of Music, Kurashiki Sakuyo University. Studied trumpet under Kenichi Yatsu and Mineo Sugiki. After graduation, she worked as a staff member and trumpet instructor at Hattori Wind Instruments while also performing trumpet and composing music, showing her side as a musician. 2019 September: Released an all-original trumpet instrumental CD "Onpu no Tamago". 2022: Released a cover album "Rosso" in January. She is also a member of the board of directors of the National Academy of Sciences.
